There are times when writing this blog and my feelings that go with it are easy and damn near cathartic. And then there are other times when it is downright painful to write about something, because you know folks will have a million and one questions. This is one of those times. I am not going to answer questions about this, but I need to vent. I have yet to see my son, and I am not at all happy about it. The number where he stays is temporarily disconnected, and it is pissing me off more than I can properly articulate. Hopefully by tomorrow, I'll have an answer to this problem. I have an address, but he is on an Air Force base, so I can't just march on there looking for him. If you happen to read this, just send some good vibes up for me, because right now, I don't have any. None at all.

Mobley, this has been a hard week for me and I truly believe that this is a season of trial and tribulation but, "all things work together for good to them that love God" (Romans 8:28). So, I will keep you in my prayers that everything will work out for you. Hopefully, there's some comfort in knowing that your son is getting to an age where he will make decisions regarding staying with you or keeping in contact with you on a more regular basis.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not had the chance to see your son. I encourage you to not loose hope. Hang in there.

i'm sure there is an explanation for this and though i'm not that religious i'll be sure to pray for you and your son anyway.

Everything in life happens for a reason. Unfortunately we cannot control life in general (or atleast we should not try to). We can only control our own actions, thoughts and emotions. So remember not to let the painful times sink you, but to rise above them.

That plain old sucks . . . I hope everything turned out alright. And although everyone else was being all positive, all I could think was "those assholes." Here you are flying all the way out there and no answer. I hope it worked out. You have a RIGHT to be pissed! F*()#$s!
